Greg Norman Golf Course Design provides a comprehensive suite of design services, which include documentation, on-site support by both Greg Norman and the design staff, as well as post construction consultation. Greg Norman Golf Course Design's standard Scope of Services includes:

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP
For years, Greg Norman Golf Course Design has been an industry leader in promoting the compatibility of golf courses with the environment.
In 2004, Greg Norman became a Trustee of the Environmental Institute for Golf, a philanthropic organization run under the auspices of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. As part of his appointment, Greg agreed to Chair the Advisory Council, which has given shape to, funded and developed five areas of focus:

PLAN DOCUMENTS
Greg Norman Golf Course Design uses advanced software technologies to produce a comprehensive set of documentation for the client. The drawings are delivered in traditional and digital format for collaboration with land planners, engineers and the golf course contractor. Each project receives customized and detailed documentation that clearly defines both the qualitative and quantitative standards necessary to construct a world-class golf course. This documentation includes:
| • | Alternative Golf Course Routings showing the sequence, position and alignment of the holes. |
| • | Contour Plan Documents illustrating a detailed layout of each hole, including proposed grades for tees, greens, fairways, bunkers and associated features within the golf course envelope. |
| • | Providing detailed Construction Specifications defining the scope of work, construction quantities, materials to be utilized and standard of workmanship for construction of the golf course. |
| • | Irrigation Design Documentation showing the layout of the irrigation heads, pipe and wire routing, pump house location and installation details. |
VISUALIZATION SERVICES
Other state-of-the-art technological advances available through the company include the Greg Norman Visualization service, a 3-D golf course modeling service that allows developers to take prospective homebuyers on virtual tours of the project long before development is complete.
